Good
The staff was really helpful, cleaning ladies were doing their job really well, the breakfast was nice and fresh. Beds were comfortable and bed sheets and towels were clean. It is a 7 minute walk from the metro station. The area is very quiet. Next to the hotel you have a basic market
Needs a better hair dryer if you are a woman you will not dry your hair for sure me as a man had difficulty drying my hair. This type of hotel needs to have bathrobes and slippers they didn't have that. A bit far from the city if you use Uber approx 25-30e from the main station, public transportation 30 minutes my trips were measured 3 times.

Location not very near to public transportation, there is no plumbing drainage in the bathroom itself (any water dropping on the floor, can not be cleaned easily)

Very Good
Location was good - 8 minutes walk to the nearest subway station so you may get very quickly to the city center. Staff was very helpful and nice - we met the receptionist on the subway station and he even helped us to get to the proper train :) Breakfest was very nice and tasty, with a lot of sweet options (very nice cakes!). Free parking space available for guests. Big supermarket next to the hotel.
Bathrooms are a bit uncomfortable, not ergonomic, no place to put the towels after you use them. Room is quite small, but if you spend most time on sightseeing, it is not big issue. Matress was too soft for me, but it is the question of preferences.
